You’ll receive a proof of your artwork before it’s finalised. One round of refinements is included in the price, so we can adjust the balance or emphasis if needed. Our aim is for you to feel completely happy with the final piece.
From receiving your photographs, the process usually takes around 2–3 weeks.
We don’t rush the work, but we also won’t leave you waiting unnecessarily. If you have a specific deadline, just let us know.
Yes. Your artwork can be supplied as a high-resolution digital file, ready for printing, or as a professionally printed fine art piece. Print and framing options are available separately and can be discussed once your artwork is complete.

Your photographs are treated with care and respect. They are used only to create your artwork and are not shared or reused in any way.
High quality images will always produce the best results. Where possible, we recommend using original files from your photographer rather than screenshots or images downloaded from social media, as these are often compressed and lower in quality. That said, don’t worry, we’ll always let you know if there’s a concern before proceeding.
Phone photos can sometimes work, depending on the image and how it’s used within the design. Images taken from social media or screenshots are usually lower quality and may limit what’s possible. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to send your images first and we’ll give you honest advice.
JPEG files are absolutely fine and most commonly used. If you have original files from your photographer, those are ideal, but nothing complicated is required to get started.
Yes, when created from suitable source images, your Wedding Story Art will be designed to print beautifully at large sizes. If you’re planning a specific size or type of print, just let us know so we can design with that in mind.
